Once the purchased vehicle(s) are shipped, Savana Motor will arrange the necessary original documents required for import customs clearance, including the Bill of Lading. These documents will be dispatched via DHL Express, FEDEX, EMS.. to your preferred address.
Container shipping provides two size options, 20ft and 40ft containers, Savana Motor often consolidating the majority of vehicles into the larger 40ft containers.
Typically, a 40ft high cube container can accommodate up to 6 cars. However, the actual number depends on the Make/Model and size of the cargo at hand, influencing the contents of the next container headed to a specific destination.
For larger vehicles like trucks and SUVs, a two-pack or three-pack configuration may be necessary to accommodate the cargo efficiently.

If you are looking for any particular car, and you know your desired Make, Model, Year, Color, and other features, you can send us a request under “Request a Vehicle”. Soon after you sent the email, our sales team will start to search for your car through thousands of stock listings and auctions of Japan.
After we have found the car that suits all your needs, you will receive an email, which will include pictures, specifications, and price of the car (upon your request we can include shipping fees up to your desired port of your destination or up to your city if Savana Motor has the City Delivery Service available for your country).
Yes, anyone can register from anywhere in the world including Japan, as well as purchase vehicles.
As soon as you confirm your inquiry, you will be immediately issued a Proforma invoice (Commercial invoice) with vehicle’s details and Current Create company’s bank information. With this invoice you will be able to make the money transfer at your nearest bank.
Once the transfer is made, please do not forget to send us a copy of the receipt as a proof of payment confirming that you did send a wire to us, in order to allocate your payment.
You will receive an automated email message. You can also check the status of your payment by logging in to your Savana Account >> “View Account Report” section of your profile.
