Before proceeding with your purchase, please check the regulation and taxation of importing a second hand vehicles into your country. It is highly recommended that you contact your local customs office, or a customs clearance agent / freight forwarder.
Importing duty, customs clearing fee, local transportation fee, registration fee and other taxes that must be paid at the port of discharge will be borne by the importer.
Please contact a local clearing agent to make sure if there are any other costs when importing a car into your country.
If you do not know any customs clearance agent / freight forwarder at your port of discharge, please click on your country under “LOCAL SERVICES“.

Do you provide vehicle export services to my country?

Registration Questions

What should I do to register?

Please fill in all the information on the registration page Register. Please fill the fields with red star and note that you will need to fill the rest after you place an order. Make sure to register under consignee details the name and the address that you would like the paperwork completed in.


Will my information be kept private?

Yes, your information will be kept safe on our SSL secured server. For more information, please visit our privacy policy page.


How much do I pay for registration?

Registration is 100% free of charge. All we require is your name, phone number, email address, and country.


What benefits do I get by registering?

You will get access to all cars in Auction prices. Savana Motor will provide you with auction buying, consulting, documentation handling, inland (Ground) transportation, and sea freight.


I live in Japan; can I still register and purchase cars?

Yes, anyone can register from anywhere in the world, as well as purchase vehicles to be exported outside the country.


How can I register?

Signing up / Registration with Savana Motor is very simple and 100% Free! Please follow the three steps as below:

  • Go to the right menu, click “Register” in the right menu in the Homepage .
  • Fill in the registration form.
  • Click “Create Account” button and go to your email inbox.
  • Activate your account by clicking the activation link in the email we just sent you.

Congratulations! You are now a registered member with Savana Motor!


How can I edit information on my profile?

Once you’re logged in, Go to Account Settings, you will be able to change your password.

Click Change Password and enter the new one, then click “Submit” for changes to be saved.


I cannot Log in, What Should I do?

If you cannot log in for any some reason, please retry after deleting the cookies saved in your browser and try logging in again.

If you keep trying to log in with your correct ID and password but still cannot log in, please check setting of your computer.

If Cookies on your web browser are disabled.
If you are using the supported system requirements. (OS and Browser).

Payment Questions

What are the payment methods offered by Savana Motor?

Savana Motor by Current Create LLC. receives deposits or payments via bank wire transfers (T/T) or via PayPal.


How do I make money wire transfer and what are your company’s bank wire instructions?

For payment for the purchased car, before you go to your bank, you simply will be issued an invoice (Proforma Invoice) with car’s reference and specs that contains our bank wire instructions.

Once the transfer is made, please remember to send us a copy of the receipt as proof of payment confirming that you have wired the funds to us. This will help us allocate your payment correctly.


Will you refund my deposit if I request?

All bank wire transfers will be refunded upon your request. Please follow the instructions so that we can process your refund. The transfer time for bank wire transfers is 3 to 5 business days. Please note that we will deduct a bank wire fee of no more than $100 per refund if made by bank wire transfer.


How much time do I have to send my money over to you after inquiry?

Once you place your order, the car will no longer show in the website, it will be reserved in your account and you will have 5 Business days to send us the TT copy for the inquired car, otherwise the purchase will be canceled, and the car will be sent back to the stock.


How would I know if Current Create LLC. has received my payment?

The customer will receive an automated email message that the bank transfer has already been reached Current Create LLC.’s Bank account. You can also check the status of your payment by logging in to “MY SAVANA ACCOUNT” >> “ACCOUNT SUMMARY & REPORTS” section of your profile.


Can I pay for the car after delivery?

Savana Motor by Current Create LLC. requires full payments in order to ship your vehicle and send you all original documents. Make sure you make the full payment at least Two (2) weeks before the vehicle arrives at the port of discharge.


Do you accept payments in cryptocurrency?

At the moment, we do not accept cryptocurrencies. We only receive payments in USD or JPY (American dollars or Japanese Yen) and the payment can be made by bank wire transfer or via Western Union.



Order and Shipping Questions

How does ordering a car work?

If you are looking for a specific car and know the make, model, year, color, and options you desire, you can fill out this form or simply email us at with your requirements. Once we receive your email, our sales team will begin searching for your car from thousands of stock listings and auctions in Japan. Once we find a car that meets your needs, we will send you an email with pictures, specifications, and pricing. If you request, we can also provide shipping fees up to the port of your destination or to your city if Savana Motor offers City Delivery Service in your country.


Are the given prices on the website negotiable?

Yes, all prices are negotiable. Please contact our sales team, and we will do our best to secure the maximum possible discounts for you.


How can I find out the shipping price for the car?

You can use our price calculator on the car page to estimate the cost of shipping.


How can I check the status of my shipment?

Please contact Savana Motor shipping department at and you will be notified on your status.


Is the Savana Motor shipping calculator accurate?

Yes, Savana Motor’s shipping calculator for Roro (Roll-on/Roll-off) shipments provides the accurate shipping price for the inquired vehicle. For container shipment, please contact your sales staff for assistance.


Can I use my own shipping company?

Yes, Savana Motor  allows clients to arrange their own shipping. However, we recommend checking our shipping rates first, as in some cases, especially for container shipments, consolidating customer cars in one container can lead to cheaper rates. Savana Motor can provide consolidation services to many destination points worldwide. Nonetheless, you are free to use your nominated shipping company.


How will my car(s) be shipped?

Your cars will be shipped either by “Roro” (Roll-on/Roll-off) or by “Container” shipping.


What is “Roro” shipment?

Roll-on/Roll-off shipment means that your car will be driven inside the ship, then it will be driven outside at the port of discharge. This method of shipment is available in some destinations and does not involve consolidation. Please refer to this link to find out more information on Roro.


What is “Container” shipping?

Container” shipment is the most popular way to ship a car. Basically, your car will be loaded inside 20 feet or 40 feet container, and the container will be sealed.


How many cars can be shipped in a 40 feet container?

Usually 40 feet container fits 3 mid-size cars or SUVs, 4 – 5 Sedan cars, such as Toyota Corolla, or 6 small Hatchback cars such as Toyota Vitz or Honda Fit. For more information, visit this link.


What is Container consolidation?

Container Consolidation is when you only have one car to ship but you do not want to pay for the whole 40 feet container. Our shipping companies will combine your car to several of popular destinations. For instance: your car is combined with 2 or 3 other cars in a 40 feet container, then you are ending up paying only a 1/3 of the price and saving the rest.


How long does it take to get my car?

Transit time is 30-40 days from time of purchase. But please note that delays could occur due to weather conditions, vessel space availability, among other situations that could cause delay.


How may I know if Savana Motor provides shipping to my country?

Yes. Savana Motor can offer you a variety of new cars as well as factory orders. Please contact us for more information.


Where do you get the vehicles you sell on your stock list?

Our inventory comes from major Japanese Car Auctions, Insurance Companies, and Local Auto dealers.


Can I get more information and pictures of a certain vehicle?

Can I be an official Savana Motor agent in my country?

Yes, It is very possible for you to become a partner of Savana Motor in Japan, Please note that to become an official agent with us. You firstly must have an account with Savana Motor and your account must be in good standing and a minimum of 10 vehicle purchases.
